- Once services have started or goods have been procured from third parties, refunds are subject to deductions for the services rendered and costs incurred. This includes any third-party expenses and the time invested by our team or associated developers.
- We calculate refunds based on a proportionate assessment of the services provided and costs incurred up to the point of cancellation or refund request.
